Privacy Policy

Droplet ("the app", "we", "us") is a personal hydration-tracking app. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to the Droplet mobile app on Android and iOS.

What we collect

Location permission is optional. If you don't grant it, Droplet still works — your goal simply won't get a weather-based adjustment.

Where your data lives

Your account and hydration data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), Google's cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between your device and our servers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.
We don't show ads or use ad-tracking SDKs.
We don't share your personal or health data with any third party, except the minimal, non-stored location lookup described above.

Your data, your control

Delete a single entry: remove any logged drink directly from the Dashboard at any time.
Delete your whole account: Profile → Delete Account inside the app, or see our account deletion page for the full process, including what happens if you no longer have the app installed.

Children

Droplet is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
