This page explains how to permanently delete your Droplet account and data, whether or not you still have the app installed.
This deletes your account and data immediately — there's no waiting period.
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your Droplet account:

Include the email address your Droplet account was registered with. We will delete your account and data within 7 business days and confirm by email once it's done.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We don't retain a backup of deleted account data beyond what's needed to complete the deletion itself.
